Crime Kitchen Is Proud To Introduce UK’s Very Own Fonik

Live the Addiction,

High off the vapor of our first release CR1M3 K1TCH3N, is proud to announce the next addition to our growing discography. Allow us to introduce you to the UK’s very own Fonik.

Fonik is special to the creators of CR1M3 K1TCH3N for he both pushes the sonic vision of the narrowly defined genre of Dubstep-EDM while not losing the core of what makes this form of EDM so harmonically captivating.

Having earned his stripes as a DJ in the UK and most recently bringing his unique sound to the clubs of the USA, Fonik is poised to release his defining EP – The Mayan Apocalypse. This is the future of dubstep that celebrates it’s past.

On the Mayan Apocalypse release and addition of Fonik to the label A&R representative Tito Picon states:

“I am truly excited to be able to release one of my favorite Fonik EPs. Mayan Apocalypse is an incredible listen for fans of heavy bass music.  So many different styles of EDM are showcased on the this great EP and I’m stoked it finally has a home with Crime Kitchen.”

James Hampton at Elektro Daily says:

Mayan Apocalypse” takes the listener on a journey through melodic transitions, brutal drops, and heavy breakdowns, supplying a heavy metal/electronic music hybrid that has something for everyone.
